Tsunami is fast becoming a best seller with ALL their lures and the new Timber Lure’s are sure to a hit as well. Our factory rep gave us the run down on these lures right from the beginning, when they were still in the design stage and followed up with us for much of the process. In our opinion they did a pretty great job.

These lures are made of Northern Basswood, the most popular wood among plug builders since plug making started. In addition, they use stainless steel hardware for the through wire as well as the triple split rings. VMC 4X Permasteel hooks finish them off and these are AWESOME hooks. In case you’ve overlooked it… VMC trebles are on just about EVERY quality lure on the market!

The paint looks great too… good colors, especially for us Northeast fisherman, and they have THREE coats of finish on them to withstand the toothy critters!

Considering we got them in the middle of our winter, we won’t get many reviews from people in our area, but if any of you use them somewhere else we would LOVE to hear about it!

All in all, we like these lures. They seem to be well made, well designed and they are certainly PRICED RIGHT!

Are these available in UK fishing shops or will I need to import them, they look ideal for fishing murky lakes.

    Steve,

We don’t know if they are available “across the pond”. Our first suggestion would be to check with Bimini Bay Outfitters, the manufacturer. Also, if you give us a call I’m sure we could arrange something to ship them to you.

    Thanks!
