Good news for those of you in search of the stripers. Striped bass fishing has improved since we last heard. Most of the reports have come from the bays as with our latest fluke report [add link]. The deeper banks including Haunts Creek…the Black Banks and the Big M have been producing some nice stripers. The best method is clam chumming with bunker chunking being a close second. More fish will be short on the clams.

We have been hearing some reports of bunker being in the ocean near Long Beach. Unfortunately, Saturday was a dud and no fish were to be found.
