A regular customer dropped in to let us know that he had good fishing for small stripers this morning at West End 2. The fish were taken on J-9 tins and A17 jigs with green tube. He added that this had been pretty steady for the entire week.

I am new to striped bass fishing. I have heard about them, both salt and fresh water, since I was a kid. I wanted try something new this year. Any and all recommendations will be appreciated.
