Tobay – From 9:30 am to apprx. 11:30 am… Thursday 10.20.11 … middle of incoming tide…. Conditions: EXTREMELY EXTREMELY ROUGH. 2 keeper bass and one 10 lb. blue came outta the water on chunks. Fish seem to be preferring bait over everything else in most reports from wherever they come in.
